Our son struggled terribly with anxiety since the age of 7. A friend suggested we speak to Mary to see if she could help. Mary has been a godsend for both our son and us. With her calmness, patience and expertise our boy has been given valuable tools and strategies to help him every day. Mary is amazing! we can't thank her enough for hat she has done for our son, and for us as a family. I was really apprehensive about speaking to a counsellor and had avoided getting the help i needed, but I found Mary so friendly and approachable, she put me at ease and i felt really listened to . She helped me address and understand some really painful things from my past.
